I have never had issues of with my blood pressure before - always been good/normal. I started taking Zyrtec a few months ago, and started Flonase about 8 months ago. In the last month or so, my blood pressure has elevated. I am in need of losing additional weight, but I’ve lost weight in the last 2 months and my blood pressure is higher than it’s ever been. Anyone had experience before with increased blood pressure when using zyrtec or flonase?

Since the BP didn’t go up until after you’d been on the meds for months, it’s unlikely that they are the cause. Also, neither is known to raise BP.

Time for a check-up with your doctor. Let him/her know everything you’re taking.
