and when should someone go to the doctor for high blood pressure?

Try not to eat salt.. And don’t frustrate yourself, try not to get angry.. Spicy is also not good for you..

My sister in law has fallen ill and im trying to get some foods to try and lower her pressure. I rather try to help her get better at home,before we take to thru the ER //: and i really don’t want to do that. I’d like healthy recipes if best please.
