How to cure high blood pressure naturally (Without Medicines)
High blood pressure is not necessarily something you can cure as much as manage. If you have high blood pressure there could be a number of contributing factors outside your control, including heredity. However, it’s certainly the case that you can make lifestyle changes to help keep your blood pressure in a normal range, including not smoking, getting regular exercise and following a heart healthy diet.
Have you heard of the DASH system? It stands for Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension. Following the DASH plan does not call for any fancy prepackaged foods or expensive supplements. But it does recommend 8 to 10 servings of fruits and vegetables every day, along with plenty of whole grains, only small amounts of lean meat or fish, three servings of low-fat dairy foods, and an increased consumption of legumes. Sodium is also decreased, although not to extreme levels.

Try and reduce the amount of stress in your life.
Yoga and meditation work wonders.
Trust me. It may sound ridiculous, but it works, especially if you go into it optimistic.
Also, reducing the amount of sodium is a huge help.
–Limit/eliminate your bagel consumption. Bagels are cooked in salt water and have TONS of sodium.
–Try not to eat any frozen foods. Sodium is used in frozen foods to help retain flavor. They have an unreal amount of sodium in them.
