(Just curious: I currently do not have health insurance, and I cannot afford doctor’s visits and medications).

A glass of wine is a good blood vessel declogger. However, it’s side effect is liver damage because it contains alcohol which makes your body produce acetaldehyde, a known carcinogen.

Try taking Bio Enzyme Plus. It is better than red wine.

Wine is certainly relaxing but more than a glass…hmmmm Actually there are medical reports that claim alcohol will RAISE the bp
To lower bp try parsley, celery. Consume low salt foods and do not add any to the food. Take niacin suppliments.

A glass or two of wine a day will not harm you. Most evidence shows that moderate drinking is good for the heart. In theory it could lower blood pressure by reducing cholesterol, thinning the blood and helping it flow more easily. But there is no clear evidence that wine or alcohol affects blood pressure one way or the other.

If I were you I would enjoy modest drinking of wine without fear of health consequences. But I would not count on it as a way to lower blood pressure.

And by the way, most claims of certain foods to lower blood pressure are myths. It’s diet that’s important, not individual foods. The best way to maintain healthy blood pressure is to eat a good, balanced diet high in natural foods and low in processed foods. Combine a good diet with regular exercise and your blood pressure should be fine.
