How Can You lower high blood pressure Naturally?
I’m 29 years old. and last week I was by my doctor for A regular check up and everything is fine.
with 1 exception. and a big exception my blood pressure is too high. the doctor
prescribe me a medicine to take.
but I don’t want to no medicine for the rest of my life
can anyone give me any advice to lower my Blood pressure naturally ?
Cut the sodium and loose weight ( starve). The medications are a lot better than the alternative which could be cardiomyopathy someday.
First link is the American Heart Association on Blood Pressure. Second link is what could happen. I can tell you from experience, it isn’t much fun.
Don’t get sucked into the snake oil treatments.

Exercise and diet can help lower your blood pressure. Try to limit your sodium intake. However if your doctor prescribed meds you should take them.

There are 4 accepted ways to lower blood pressure naturally:
1. Decrease the amount of salt in our diet. Americans consume about 4000 mgs of sodium a day. The American Heart Association recommends intake of less than 2000. Salt is hidden in many foods, including processed meats and snacks.
2.Increase the amount of potassium in your diet. Eat foods such as bananas which are naturally high in potassium to lower your blood pressure.
3. Walk. Walking as little as 40 minutes a day has been found in research studies to decrease blood pressure significantly in as little as 30 days.
4 Water, green vegetables and fish. These have also been linked in studies to significant decreases in blood pressure.
Good luck to you.
