how can my mom’s high blood pressure be lowered ? she is pregnant. is exercise good ? walking ? or what can help her lower her blood pressure and control it. such as foods that can be eaten. Thanks

Reduce fatty fried foods eat healthy real foods ask her to stay away from the packaged precooked garbage we poison ourselves with. And have her take time for herself that will reduce the stress she maybe feeling. Those simple things should make a difference in the BP
