    Eat less salt, more fruit & veg, dairy products (low fat). Drink less alcohol, don’t smoke do regular exercise. Lose weight if overweight.
    When to seek help depends a bit on age and other health problems.

    You need to buy non contaminate fish oil (Carlson’s is safe)

    Take 900 -1,000 mg of both EPA and DHA each most days a week. This will most likely lower it. The super omega 3 of Carlson’s packs the most punch in a single pill.

    I lowered mine.
