I just went to the Dr. and he said my blood pressure was on the borderline of being high. I really need to try to lower it. Should I start walking or go straight to running daily? What foods should I eat/avoid?

Sometimes starting with walking and a very good walking shoe and always gently stretch for 10 seconds the hamstring, and lower legs. Listen to what your body tells you.
