My sister in law has fallen ill and im trying to get some foods to try and lower her pressure. I rather try to help her get better at home, before we take to thru the ER //: and i really don’t want to do that. I’d like healthy recipes if best please.
Here is a great article on high blood pressure that links to some useful web sites.

Well……I won’t preach to the choir… she is being risky….
Organic Cucumber will help bring her BP down. (bowl full) Add Celery to the bowl. Avoid all table salt for a few days. She may need to eat 3 bowl fulls per day. (morning, noon and evening)
Eating some raw Organic Garlic helps as well. I eat that 3 times a day.
The DASH Diet is good as well as The Alkaline Diet is very good. Avoiding all acidic foods and drinks.
