i think that the green tea (without sugar cauz it highers the blood pressure) and i don’t think that it causes anythingexceptt for feeling sleepy

Come on now …. you gotta get that blood pressure under control. We do not want it to push you towards a heart attack. Since you cannot visit the Dr right now, try do switch your diet to:
+Whole grains
+Poultry
+Fish
+Nuts.
Additional, drink OJ with lots of pulp; cook with garlic and ginger.
What age group are you in? Do you have a stressful work life? home life? Make some stressless adjustments there too.
The high blood pressure will make you feel anxious and jittery from time to time. Do get some light exercise; go for a long walk around the block.
Get to that doctor ASAP.

You certainly can find out where your countys low income clinics are. We have one that is walk in and you pay on a sliding basis or no pay. They do give samples of meds to you to get you started. Now blood pressure is callled the silent killer for a reason because it ruin your blood vessels. Now target for $22 sells only one model of automatic b/p cuff and it works great even on fat arms. But I would either go to the ER or to a low income clinic (hospitals should be able to refer you or your human resource dept in your county. The doc will find out your vitals and give you a prescription. He will take care of you and is your friend not to be feared of. B/p meds will control what you describe. How ever do cut way down on caffeine and salt. Walk and eat fresh produce and bake not fry meats. Eliminate bakery delights. but see the doc
