    What has more nutritional value, Tofu or Soylent Green? Which one tastes better, or are they both the same thing?

    Soylent Green probably has much more nutritional value since it will contain all the calcium and vitamins and fiber. Tofu has lots of protein, but not much else.

    You realize that Soylent Green comes from a science fiction book about converting people into food. Right? I would think with that in mind that Tofu would actually be better for you digestion wise (and psychologically speaking).
